Located in the Rias Baixas, on the inner tip of the Ria De Arousa in Galicia, Spain.

The property: Built on the foundations of a manor house dating from 1767, the property is nestled in a quiet oasis between mountains and sea. Terranam features the manor house with an original granite chimney, converted horse stables, a Chapel, a Dovecote, and a restored granite horreo (granary), a typical symbol of Galicia from the 15th century.

The grounds: You’ll find plenty of tranquil spaces on our large property with its manicured lawns, outdoor eating & relaxation areas, bamboo cove, swimming pool, and fountains of spring water trickling down from the mountains.

Accommodation: Terranam features 11 beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms, each an oasis of peace with original granite walls, comfortable beds, luxurious linens, full closets, and bathrooms with all the amenities.

All meals will be vegetarian until the last evening, where we will include seafood and wine from the region. All of it is prepared with love by our staff and we strive to cook healthy and happy meals for you.

"The nearest airport is Santiago de Compostela, and we can arrange a taxi to pick you up and bring you to Terranam Wellness. Two alternative airports are Vigo and A. Coruña."

"The other option is to arrive by train to the nearest town to Terranam Wellness, which is Villagarcia de Arousa, and then take a taxi from there. It's 7 km away."

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 10 days before the retreat’s arrival date: The dates are rescheduled so you can attend that same retreat later.
If you cancel less than 10 days before the retreat’s start date: The deposit is lost.

If the retreat or event is cancelled due to a situation of force majeure, the full deposit is reimbursed.

How do I book this experience?

As with any event, it may happen that it has to be cancelled. In this unlikely event, we will notify you immediately and try to find another option. If this is not possible, a refund will be made.

I’m going on the retreat alone, is that a problem?

Not at all! In fact, most people go on retreats alone so they can reconnect with themselves. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to make new friends.

I don’t have my own car, how do I get to the retreat?

Can I arrive later than the start time?

Yes, you can arrive later. We just ask that you give prior notice.

Is there an individual room option?

Yes, we have an individual room option. If it appears when selecting rooms and rates, then they are still available.

Can I bring my dog?

No, sadly we cannot accommodate pets on this retreat.

Are the shared rooms only men and only women?

Yes, they are split into men’s and women’s rooms and bathrooms.

How are the bathrooms organised? How many people share them?

Each room has a private bathroom.

What is the latest I can make my reservation?

Spots are limited, but you can reserve one up to 2 days prior to the retreat if there are any left.

Can I arrive a day late or leave the retreat early?

We don’t allow this option because it affects the event’s overall energy.
