The yoga classes last approximately one and a half hours, and it is dedicated to the practice of asanas. The asanas are postures harmonized with the breath, benefiting both the body and the mind. Different degrees of difficulty are explained, from the simplest for beginners to the most demanding for advanced students.
Classes usually begin with a warm-up called " Sun Salutation" which includes a dynamic succession of positions that focus the mind, warm up the muscles, and lubricate the joints. All these combined with breathing (pranayama) help us generate heat and energy.
🧎♀️🧎🌳🌳 After warming up, you begin with asanas or static positions, always performing a posture and its counter-posture to work the body and the muscles in a balanced way. If the class is dynamic, as in the case of Yoga Flow, Power, Dynamic, or Asthanga, the asanas will be in movement, in a fluid way.
We return the body and mind to calm, finishing our practices with a relaxation of about 10-15 minutes, depending on the style of yoga or the teacher.

The main objective of all of them is to observe yourself breathing and from the acceptance, enjoy what happens in the here and now. By living a deep state of relaxation, our health and wellbeing can be improved. We are what we think.
