A few transformative days
➡️ If you need to achieve more peace of mind and cultivate mindfulness, as a path of internalization, this is your retreat.
➡️ The retreat aims to give us the opportunity to cultivate mental calm and mindfulness and allow internalization during a weekend.
➡️ The focus is to acquire a deep experience of this state that calms distractions and brings us happiness.
The Buddha affirmed in the first noble truth the existence of suffering, referring to the reality of life plagued by sufferings, dissatisfactions and misfortunes that are nourished by desire and craving,
Be that as it may, we can verify with certainty that we live immersed in suffering, where dissatisfaction and desire entangle us in spirals that bring us more pain and anguish while we continue with our usual re-activity.
The only thing we can do in the face of such uneasiness is to improve adaptability to the circumstances that are presented to us.
