Three days of Yoga and Mindfulness to reconnect with your innermost self
🙏 We again share our experience in the field of Body and Mind.
As usual, the proposal is based on a convivial format, in an environment away from the noise of cities, and in individual rooms that favor this work.
✅ We will offer you various spaces to practice Yoga, Mindfulness and Compassion, so that you can experience and learn different resources for your day to day.
✅ Our purpose will be to calm and calm the mind so that we can move away in stillness and initiate change, as it is in stillness where we can find creativity and problem solving.
✅ We will travel through our senses from the outside in and use "silence" as a powerful tool to reset and heal.
✅ We will work through Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga (for all levels) and focus on Mindfulness for compassion.
At the end of the retreat you will bring tools for your day to day, which will help you better manage your emotions and resolve possible internal conflicts.
