We invite you to come and spend 6 nights and 5 days in the silence of Mouna (voluntary silence). Join us on our inner journey, without distractions. This will be a transformative experience for all who attend.
The 5-day silent retreat is for more experienced meditators.
On the 5-day retreat we only offer shared rooms, as you will join the last end of a 300-hour yoga teacher training.
Heather will prepare vegan meals, according to sattvic principles, which aid meditation and digestion. Let us know of any food allergies you may have when you sign up.
The daily schedule is from 6 am to 9 pm. In addition to sitting meditation, we will also practice Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga, ecstatic dance, contemplative walks, and offer yoga philosophy and mindfulness classes to help you reflect.
