Towards our interior child

We all have a past. And although it no longer exists, the painful experiences lived in childhood mark our character, they leave a mark on us. Perhaps the forgotten wounds or not of childhood condition your life, from your unconscious. This group Gestalt therapy retreat will help you identify and become aware of how your inner child influences your present.
To be fully, freely, and openly present in our lives, accepting and taking responsibility for who we are, we have to be able to live the present moment, the here and now, without asking ourselves why, but trying to realize, how to do it.
This retreat:

✅ Is also dedicated to people who are going through a relationship crisis, difficulties, personal problems, grief, and feel lost, with anxiety or depression, or people who have lost the illusion of life and given it up.
Gestalt therapy accompanies people with problems created by psychological tensions, people who find it difficult to establish or maintain family, friendly, and/or loving relationships. That they feel so much anguish that it prevents them from thinking fluently and relating normally.
