- TRADITIONAL YOGA:
ASANAS: Stretching and meditative postures of classic YOGA, whose objective is to prepare our body, our nervous and endocrine systems through the energetic movement that takes place between postures and relaxations, as a starting point to start from the well-being they generate , the search for greater fulfillment.
PRANAYAMAS: Breathing exercises for development, training and harmonization of inner energy. Fundamental element of Yoga as a path of initiation.
- MEDITATION: The fundamental core of all these disciplines, through which we seek to make a leap from the Small to the Great Mind, from the Intellect to Transcendence, from the Individual to the Universal.
- Introduction to INDIAN vegetarian CUISINE: approach and basic concepts of Indian vegetarian cuisine; yoga and ayurveda applied to food (gunas, koshas...etc.); Detailed explanations and practice of traditional Indian recipes to make a complete menu.
- Introduction to Odissi INDIAN DANCE: Classical dance that was born in the Temples of Orissa (East India) as a deep expression of devotion to divinity, closely linked to the tradition of Bhakti Yoga.
Historical explanations, Indian mythology, Hindu philosophy.
Traditional warm-up exercises, isolated movements, turns and movements, use of mudras (hand gestures) and abhinaya (expression) in Indian dance, prayer to Ganesha.
We will enjoy the BEACH every morning, where we will MEDITATE and PRACTICE by the sea.
During the day in free time you will enjoy NATURE and the SWIMMING POOL.
