⭐ What will we do? ⭐
✅ It begins with a personal study of strengths, weaknesses, ambitions, and needs, in parallel we look at your birth chart: what element dominates you and the characteristics of your personal and transpersonal planets, and, from there, we teach you a personalized yoga routine.
The routine includes 3 different practices (Yoga Postures, Deep Relaxation, and meditation). Yoga Nidra, (guided deep relaxation) after lunch and active or guided meditation depending on the profile.
✅ Regarding meals, all dishes are prepared with organic food and, during preparation, their nutritional properties and how to combine them are explained. Our diet is rich in fiber to facilitate colon bowel flushing. Practice that we will do in the morning, is drinking nourishing seawater and filtered water, followed by yoga poses that divert the water from the urinary system to the colon. It has the same benefits as colon hydrotherapy but without the violence of the machine.
