Campoo House

Old Casona de Naveda, is a rural house located in the town of Naveda in the Campoo Valley, at the foot of the Alto Campoo Ski Resort and 5 minutes from the Nestares golf course and the city of Reinosa. Naveda is a beautiful town that has been nominated as a candidate for the most beautiful town in Cantabria in 2016. It is located in Cantabria, but also close to the provinces of Burgos and Palencia and not far from Vizcaya.

La Casona has a total capacity of 33 places granted by tourism. It is divided into two very well soundproofed and separate houses that can be joined to form one without problem, as there is a special area for it through two doors, one in each house; They are very well designed both for the separation of both houses with great soundproofing and for their possible union. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The two houses are very well soundproofed and are totally independent from each other. Each of these houses are separated by a 1 meter thick wall and have their own very spacious rooms. This house has, apart from having kitchens, two totally independent rooms and gardens that are separated by a 1 meter thick wall.

There is also the possibility of communicating both houses with ease so that the total capacity would increase to 33 places and in this case we would have a house with 11 rooms with attics, gazebos and lounges in several of the rooms, so it is actually as if it had 15 rooms, with three very spacious living rooms in the house itself and one of them of about 80 m2 in which there is a very large dining room, two kitchens, two gardens and 10 bathrooms, one per room, as well as a common toilet on the ground come down.
