Mill of the Ugly

Former 19th century water mill lovingly restored, and surrounded by a beautiful river. El Molino has a beautiful garden around it and 3 hectares of farm of pure wild nature. It works as a rural house and is also rented as a space for retreats.

The house consists of two attached houses, with capacity for 10 adults (being able to expand to 13). The houses are restored and decorated with simplicity and good taste, and offer all the necessary comfort.

MAIN HOUSE (MOLINO) On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, large living room with fireplace, full bathroom and large kitchen from which you can see the river passing below. Exit to front and rear garden. On the upper floor 3 double bedrooms with a large bathroom. SECONDARY HOUSE (TELAR) It has a single floor with a small living room, and two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. GARDEN A large front garden with a gazebo for lunch or dinner for 12 people, and a large grassy meadow where you can do activities. A back garden crossed by several streams, a well, a cabin and several wooden bridges. FINCA The farm has 30,000 m2. It is very varied in flora and views. It is ideal for meditation and walks, around the river and among its forests of junipers, ash trees and oaks. It has privileged corners such as the viewpoint of silence, the viewpoint of the roe deer, the viewpoint of the stars, or the forest of the druids. With hidden corners and spaces with vast views. It offers absolute privacy, and there is no other trace of a human being around.
