It has 2 comfortable, spacious and elegant houses with 360 ° panoramic views over the cloud forest. Both houses are built mainly of wood, which gives them a chalet-like look. The surfaces are 300 m2 and 200 m2.

Each house has capacity for up to 6 people: 2 bedrooms with double beds and their private bathrooms. Both houses have 2 single beds in their attics, and a shared bathroom.

T he total capacity is 12 people, or 8 people depending on whether they are couples or single (including children of all ages).

The houses are located in the center of the property, on top of a hill, and are separated by a 40-meter walkway.

What makes it very special is that it allows bird watching from anywhere inside the houses and from their terraces.

It is a unique place of 95 hectares less than 2 hours by car to the northwest of Quito, in the well-known region of Mindo, passing through the equator and enjoying a spectacular walk through the Andes. It has more than 240 species of birds, a private river of pure water within the property, as well as a waterfall located a few meters from the front door.
