When I started practicing yoga I thought yoga was a nice workout to improve body control, strength and flexibility. That’s truth, but is just a consecuence of the practice, because yoga is all about learning how to enjoy the moment, to be happy and free, and more than nothing, to make every people happy.
My classes are ashtanga vinyasa based, dynamic but slow at the same time because “slow is the new strong”.
