This retreat promises a rejuvenating getaway to strengthen connections with ourselves in search of balance between body and mind, while immersing yourself in the tranquility of a natural environment. The retreat is exclusive for a maximum of 6 people, ideal for groups of friends, solo travelers, or for meeting new people. The retreat takes place regardless of whether there is only one or two people.

In addition to yoga practices, holistic activities are offered such as the Body Expression Workshop, where many emotions that we sometimes are unaware of flourish through music.

Yoga Nidra is a very deep meditation that helps us unlock emotions we have stored, this type of meditation is a gift for the soul and an unforgettable experience.

A different retreat of privacy, of disconnection where you will have all the free time you need to connect with what you feel like doing, whether it's reading a book, enjoying the pool, contemplating the lagoon, walking around, or doing holistic activities.

From the city center or different parts of the city, you can take public transportation, such as bus lines 60 and 194. It takes approximately 50 minutes from the city center.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 10 days before the retreat’s arrival date: The dates are rescheduled so you can attend that same retreat later.
If you cancel less than 10 days before the retreat’s start date: The deposit is lost.

If the retreat or event is cancelled due to a situation of force majeure, the full deposit is reimbursed.

How do I book this experience?

What if the retreat is cancelled?

As with any event, it may happen that it has to be cancelled. In this unlikely event, we will notify you immediately and try to find another option. If this is not possible, a refund will be made.

I’m going on the retreat alone, is that a problem?

Not at all! In fact, most people go on retreats alone so they can reconnect with themselves. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to make new friends.

I don’t have my own car, how do I get to the retreat?

You can take public transportation and then catch a taxi from the bus stop; it's approximately a 10-minute taxi ride from there.

Can I arrive later than the start time?

Yes, you can arrive later. We just ask that you give prior notice.

Is there an individual room option?

Yes, we have an individual room option. If it appears when selecting rooms and rates, then they are still available.

Can I bring my dog?

Depending on the number of people, you can inquire about bringing your pet.

Are the shared rooms only men and only women?

The rooms are individual or for people who come together to the retreat.

How are the bathrooms organised? How many people share them?

Depending on the room you choose, the rooms with a view of the lagoon share the bathroom between two rooms, while the rooms without a view of the lagoon have a private bathroom.

What is the latest I can make my reservation?

Spots are limited, but you can reserve one up to 2 days prior to the retreat if there are any left.

Can I arrive a day late or leave the retreat early?

We strongly recommend attending the entire retreat, but we can adapt.
