Ignacio Javier Aragües is dedicated to cooking and training in Macrobiotics and Energetic Food. He has trained as a Cook and Macrobiotic consultant in different schools both in Spain and abroad.He is also a Technician Dietetics. He has recently completed his training as Holistic Naturopathy. He is teaching cooking classes, workshops, talks and consultations to help improve habits and problems derived from an inadequate diet and lifestyle. .

The diet that we will follow during the days of the retreat will be 100% Organic & Vegetarian as clean and natural as possible to sensitize our senses, perception and attention.

Monday 26th August

Arrival from 4:00 p.m. A taxi will pick you up at the Trains Station AVE (high-speed train) in Calatayud, at 4:30 p.m. and take you to the house (15 minutes by taxi). First Yoga Session. Welcome dinner at 08:00 p.m. Opening circle and introduction to the program. Rest.

Yoga at 08:00, breakfast, transfer to Sulfured Waters Circuit in Paracuellos del Jiloca (15min) . We return home for lunch. Rest time. Nutrition talk by Ignacio, our amazing Cook. Dinner under the stars at 8:00 p.m. Rest.

Wednesday 28

Yoga, breakfast, transfer to Monasterio de Piedra (15min). We return back home for lunch. Relax. In the afternoon we have an interesting talk about Astrology with an incredible Astrologer Conchita Carrau. Dinner under the stars 8:00 p.m. Rest.

Thursday 29

Yoga, breakfast, taxi transfer to Pallares Hot Springs Lake (20min). We return back home for lunch. Relax. In the afternoon we have a natural beauty session with María Lázaro. Last dinner under the stars. Rest.

Friday 30th

Yoga, breakfast and closing circle.Transfer by taxi to the AVE Station in Calatayud (15min).

We will pick you up by taxi at the AVE Station in Calatayud.
If you come from Madrid there is an AVE available on 26th August at 2:30 p.m., return on 30th August at 12:11 p.m.
If you come from Barcelona, Tarragona, Lerida or Zaragoza, there is an AVE available on 26th August leaving at 2:00 p.m. from Barcelona arriving at Calatayud station at 4:09 p.m. Return on 30th August departure at 12:26 from Calatayud to Barcelona.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat’s arrival date: The entire deposit amount will be exchanged for an INSPYRIA VOUCHER.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat’s start date: The deposit is lost.
The INSPYRIA VOUCHER is valid for reserving any other Inspyria experience whenever you want.

If the retreat or event is cancelled due to a situation of force majeure, the full deposit is reimbursed.

Spots are assigned in reservation order. When your reservation is received, it is confirmed within a few hours.

How do I book this experience?

Directly by clicking on the RESERVATION button, you can pay by credit card, paypal or bank transfer. We also offer you the option of paying in instalments for your convenience. If you prefer, you can call us by phone and we will process the card payment over the phone.

What if the retreat is cancelled?

As with any event, it may happen that it has to be cancelled. In this unlikely event, we will notify you immediately and try to find another option. If this is not possible, a refund will be made.

Are there scheduled dates for this retreat

No, all the dates currently available are those shown in the listing.

I’m going on the retreat alone, is that a problem?

Not at all! In fact, most people go on retreats alone so they can reconnect with themselves. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to make new friends.

I don’t have my own car, how do I get to the retreat?

No worries! Transportation is organised when groups are formed, so you can be picked up from a public transportation stop that works for everyone.

Can I arrive later than the start time?

Yes, you can arrive later. We just ask that you give prior notice.

Is there an individual room option?

Yes, we have an individual room option. If it appears when selecting rooms and rates, then they are still available.

Can I bring my dog?

No, sadly we cannot accommodate pets on this retreat.

Are the shared rooms only men and only women?

Yes, they are split into men’s and women’s rooms and bathrooms.

How are the bathrooms organised? How many people share them?

Each room has a private bathroom.

What is the latest I can make my reservation?

Spots are limited, but you can reserve one up to 2 days prior to the retreat if there are any left.

Can I arrive a day late or leave the retreat early?

We strongly recommend attending the entire retreat, but we can adapt.
