Hatha Yoga Tradicional, Yoga Integral, Yin Yoga Técnicas de Pranayama y kriyas, Nyasa Yoga Nidra, Naad Yoga o Yoga del sonido, y Meditación son los espacios donde nos unimos, para luego tener espacios personales, de compartir o en la piscina.

Un retiro que he sentido desde el Corazón para anclar una nueva energía en nuestras Vidas.

BIEN-ESTAR se hará en el Cielo de la Vera, en la preciosa sierra de la Vera, rodeada de Naturaleza y una hermosa piscina para disfrutar, a dos horas de Madrid, cerca del precioso pueblo de Villanueva de la Vera.

Paseos y excursión por la zona para darnos un chapuzón en las pozas.

La estancia será en habitación compartida (2 pax y 4 pax) con baño privado. Posibilidad de habitación individual (consultar precio)
