Este es un retiro personalizado en el que las propuestas estarán dirigidas a acompañar tu proceso actual. Dejar ir, soltar lo que ya no te sirve, dejar atrás patrones o pensamientos limitantes y reconectarte con tu verdadera esencia, con tu propósito y con la vida que sueñas.

En este retiro compartiremos tres espacios, dormirás en mi casa en un barrio de Gijón, haremos las actividades y terapias en mi centro El Refugio de María en Gijón cerca de la playa, y haremos salidas a la naturaleza, playa y/o monte dependiendo del clima.

Desde el momento en que hagas la reserva me pondré en contacto contigo para planificar tu retiro, teniendo en cuenta si estás atravesando una situación concreta o si quieres que nos centremos en algo en particular.

En el retiro la alimentación será casera y vegetariana, tendrás espacios de descanso, de relajación, meditación, terapia transpersonal, psiconumerología, masaje ayurvédico de la mano de una profesional, y mucho más.
