sociedad que nos conectemos al sentir y a la frecuencia del amor.

Como dijo Jiddu Krishnamurti, “No es signo de buena salud el estar bien adaptado a una

sociedad profundamente enferma”.

Para ello te invito a conectar con tu corazón y despertar al sentir de la vida, tu verdadero propósito en este mundo.

Como Psicóloga, Terapeuta Integrativa y Profesora de Yoga, con un largo recorrido profesional y también camino espiritual, quiero acompañaros en este hermoso proceso de Re-conexión.

Utilizaremos diferentes herramientas y dinámicas desde la perspectiva de la Psicología Humanista y Transpersonal como la Terapia Gestalt e IFS (Internal Family Systems), Yoga sensible al trauma (Yoga somático), Yoga Tibetano del corazón, Sanación Cuántica, Meditaciones y Sintonizaciones Arquetípicas.

Todas ellas enfocadas a conectarnos a nuestro ser esencial a través del corazón.

  • The house has a lot of history, the oldest part dates from the seventeenth century, it is an old oil mill, later it was a country house. The original mill is exposed in the Ecomuseum of Belianes, in the house there is a beautiful well, an original scale and old insignia of the family lineage, among others. The house has two main buildings linked by beautiful arches, with a garden in the middle, reminiscent of a cloister. For 15 years the house has been dedicated to hosting yoga groups and other personal growth therapies. In April 2020, new hosts fall in love with the house, passionate about rural life, yoga and other therapies, motivated to continue welcoming people and therapeutic groups, and placing emphasis on social projects. We have a beautiful, comfortable and functional space where you can make your retreat. We accompany you to make it easy, we listen to your needs. We offer a space for all people seeking changes in their life or simply want to disconnect from the routine in a beautiful environment.

  • If you cancel less than 10 days before the retreat’s start date: The deposit is lost.
