Includes 1 night + full board with delicious local homemade vegetarian food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) + 1 aerial yoga practice (yoga with a fabric swing) + 1 Thai massage (you will learn a secuence) + 1 non-violent comunication session.

Living with mind and heartopening

I love to exploit my creativity with everything I can: dance, sewing, painting, crafts, recycling, restoration, music, photography, movement... I had always lived with a very masculine, goal-oriented, strictly organized and directive energy, until I came across a lifestyle much more in line with my interests. I left my stable job as an occupational therapist to dedicate myself to Yoga and spend more time in contact with nature, dance, travel, animals and creation. My training as an occupational therapist was born from a need to understand the dementia process of one of my grandmothers, and ended up leading me to love contact with people, relationships based on empathy and trying to offer everything in my power to enhance a life that had meaning for each person. And each one of us is a beautiful universe full of capabilities, dreams and opportunities. Yoga came to me like a breath of fresh air, reconnecting me with my body and hidden spaces in my mind, helping me to believe and expand my creativity. I was able to enhance my feminine energy, make peace with myself and relate to life from another point of view. This has made me fall in love with Yoga even more; So much so that I decided to also train in Hatha vinyasa and Aerial to continue offering the best of me. I continue in this continuous training of this wonderful path, both of Yoga, Tantra, Hebrew Pendulum and Thai Massage to be consistent with my values and my lifestyle and to be able to transmit all of this in each class, meeting, workshop and retreat. Now I am also studying astrology.

If you cancel more than 10 days before the retreat’s arrival date: The entire deposit amount will be exchanged for an INSPYRIA VOUCHER.
If you cancel less than 10 days before the retreat’s start date: The deposit is lost.
The INSPYRIA VOUCHER is valid for reserving any other Inspyria experience whenever you want.

If the retreat or event is cancelled due to a situation of force majeure, the full deposit is reimbursed.
