I consider myself an inquisitive and investigative person, I like dealing with people and I really enjoy taking care of them. I am currently a Meditation and Personal Development Mentor. I do have, what I call, a "past life" though. I am a Doctor in Biomedicine, I worked for more than 10 years in the world of research and as a teacher at the University. And at a given moment I made the decision to take a "leap into the void" weeks before having the, always longed for, fixed position and at the gates of having my own line of research. Before this 'jump', my curiosity and my intuition led me, parallel to my professional life, to start a spiritual path, without being aware of where it would take me at that moment. I have learned and I know that knowing you, respecting you and loving you is fundamental to being able to have the life you want and to really be you. For this reason, and as an act of responsibility with myself and with others, I share with you the teachings that I have acquired and continue to acquire along the way, and that are useful for me to advance and grow. Currently I have brought together the different sections that I have walked in my life, reconciling the part of the past, with his experience, knowledge and talent, with my current lifestyle and vision, to create my method of personal development that, among other formats, I share in the Retreats, so that you can find your own and genuine path.

Born in Huesca, I have studied, lived and worked in different parts of the Iberian Peninsula, from Catalonia, Cantabria and Galicia or Portugal, dedicating myself to different projects body and soul. After working for a few years in advertising in Barcelona, in 2004 I decided to take a 180º turn in my life and leave everything to do the Camino de Santiago from Barcelona to Finisterre and not stop "walking", as someone who says, until now. I am trained as a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Dietetics and Phytotherapy, Sacred Geometry, Sonotherapy, Bioconstruction and Permaculture. For a few years I have been area coordinator of a large international festival in Portugal. I have also worked in arboriculture and forestry, and in construction and carpentry. I have been linked to the movement of ecovillages and intentional communities, getting to know many examples in Europe and Latin America. I love cooking as a form of art and creativity that nourishes the body and soul. And above all I like to take care of people!

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat’s arrival date: The entire deposit amount will be exchanged for an INSPYRIA VOUCHER.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat’s start date: The deposit is lost.
The INSPYRIA VOUCHER is valid for reserving any other Inspyria experience whenever you want.

If the retreat or event is cancelled due to a situation of force majeure, the full deposit is reimbursed.
