Encuentro vivencial que busca re-conectar con esta parte nuestra más profunda, recuperar la relación con nosotras/os mismas/os para poder sanarla. Para ello nos acercaremos desde diferentes caminos como el yoga, la meditación, la creación y la expresión artística, el movimiento consciente y la música. El fin de semana del 26, 27 y 28 de julio de 2024 nos encontraremos en el Monasterio de Zenarruza (Ziortza-Bolibar) en Bizkaia. Un lugar hermoso y tranquilo que nos abre sus puertas para que podamos disfrutar de esta vivencia.

Hay una buena comunicación desde Bilbao.
Lo más directo es el Bizkaibus que va de Bilbao a Lekeitio y sale a todos los menos cuarto de la estación de autobuses Termibus. Basta preguntar en la estación.
Además hay otros dos autobuses a lo largo de cada hora que, aunque tienen un recorrido un poco más largo, también pasan por aquí.
Bajar en la parada de Iruzubieta, a unos 3 kilómetros del monasterio, donde sale la carretera hacia Ziortza-Bolivar.

Additional information

Para participar no es necesario tener experiencia previa. Sobre qué necesitas te informaremos más detalladamente si te inscribes pero básicamente sólo necesitas una esterilla, una manta y un cojín de meditación si tienes, y ropa cómoda para las prácticas.

Si tienes alguna intolerancia alimenticia importante nos lo haces saber con antelación por favor, así como si tienes algún tipo de patología que haya que tener en cuenta durante las sesiones.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 10 days before the retreat’s arrival date: The dates are rescheduled so you can attend that same retreat later.
If you cancel less than 10 days before the retreat’s start date: The deposit is lost.

If the retreat or event is cancelled due to a situation of force majeure, the full deposit is reimbursed.
