Es una experiencia integral. Nos afanamos por elegir alojamientos con encanto que estén ubicado en un entorno rural de interés donde podamos disfrutar de la naturaleza. Los interiores del alojamiento contarán con todo tipo de comodidades que te harán sentir como en casa.

El eje central del retiro es la cocina. Conformamos grupos de diez personas por retiro, cinco dúos o parejas que dispondrán del material necesario para realizar la receta asignada en cada momento, de manera preferente y siempre que sea factible, cada pareja realizará una receta diferente que será previamente explicada y detallada en fichas descriptivas. La comida está incluida en el precio y son los propios participantes quienes la cocinan y la disfrutan posteriormente de manera compartida durante la hora de comida y cena. Todos y todas prueban las elaboraciones de las cinco parejas.

Durante el fin de semana, se dispondrán de momentos para el relax y la distensión donde se ofrecerán diferentes actividades opcionales. La primera y segunda noche haremos una velada nocturna.

Cada retiro se plantea en fin de semana: viernes a partir de las 17h, sábado completo y domingo hasta las 16h

If you cancel more than 10 days before the retreat’s arrival date: The entire deposit amount will be exchanged for an INSPYRIA VOUCHER.
If you cancel less than 10 days before the retreat’s start date: The deposit is lost.
The INSPYRIA VOUCHER is valid for reserving any other Inspyria experience whenever you want.

If the retreat or event is cancelled due to a situation of force majeure, the full deposit is reimbursed.
