El Festival del Bienestar es un festival de música, masaje y movimiento que cuenta con diferentes actividades relacionadas con:

. el bienestar,

. el disfrute

. y la conexión con tu cuerpo y emociones.

La música y la experimentación con el sonido va a estar muy presente (la celebración del bienestar lo merece!) y tendrás la oportunidad de participar en una sesión de ecstatic dance donde música y movimiento se unen para que puedas experimentar la alegría de bailar y expandirte.

¡Pero no solo eso!

También tendrás la oportunidad de aprender sobre reflexología podal, de practicar yoga para empezar el día con energía y de resetear tu cuerpo y mente a través de la meditación y relajación.

Habrá diversos talleres que tendrán lugar simultáneamente y podrás elegir a cual te apetece ir.

Y también habrá actividades conjuntas que compartiremos todos los que os unáis como en cada retiro.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 10 days before the retreat’s arrival date: The entire deposit amount will be exchanged for an INSPYRIA VOUCHER.
If you cancel less than 10 days before the retreat’s start date: The deposit is lost.
The INSPYRIA VOUCHER is valid for reserving any other Inspyria experience whenever you want.

If the retreat or event is cancelled due to a situation of force majeure, the full deposit is reimbursed.
