Yoga, Meditation & Guided Walks in nature retreats offer you a specialsed retreat for everyone. These 4 day retreat will allow you to discover or deepen into the yoga and meditation practice into a intense connection with nature .
This 4 days will also allow you to leave behind the stress and noise of the outside world and discover the silence and calm that is inherent in.

I'm Lola and I would like to guide you in this Yoga and Nature immersion. I didn't get here by chance. My journey with Yoga, Meditation and fusion with nature is my dharma or path of life. I have been going through it for more than ten years and guiding other people on this inner journey. For me, Yoga is a space of silence and listening to the body, emotion, mind and integration towards our entire being and what surrounds us. In an environment integrated with nature, we can interact with it, also promoting our awareness of being part of something greater. I also accompany you in your well-being through energy harmonization treatments such as Reiki, Reflexology and Yoga and facial massage. Are you joining this experience?

The accommodation is simple yet comfortable, perfect for yogis. You have the choice to choose between a single cabin or sharing cabin with the rest of the retreet collegues. View more NaturYoga Retreat offers a delicious balanced vegetarian menu, homemade soups, and vegetarian dishes to nourish your appetites. A lot of the veg and fruit come from our own organic garden.
The meals are served on a large table on the terrace. Complimentary teas are available throughout the day.

Please note that this timetable and the order of activities could change it and is often determined by the weather.
There are two options:
- Private taxi from a member of the farm who would pick you up in the city closest to the farm, Otavalo, and would drop you off 10 minutes from the farm (impossible to get lost!) - By public transport, if you come from Quito you would have to take the bus to Otavalo (2 hours and $2.70 per ticket) and then from Ovalo to the Community of Santa Rosa de Pucara (2 hours and $2.50 per ticket). From Santa Rosa you would have 45 minutes…

It is a retreat that ensures you completely disconnect from the world. In a very peculiar, authentic and practically untouched environment where I assure you that we will put the best energy so that you enjoy the connection with yourself and the group through the activities and the environment that surrounds you.
If the retreat or event is cancelled due to a situation of force majeure, the full deposit is reimbursed.

How do I book this experience?
Directly by clicking on the RESERVATION button, you can pay by credit card, paypal or bank transfer. We also offer you the option of paying in instalments for your convenience. If you prefer, you can call us by phone and we will process the card payment over the phone.
What if the retreat is cancelled?
As with any event, it may happen that it has to be cancelled. In this unlikely event, we will notify you immediately and try to find another option. If this is not possible, a refund will be made.
There are two shared rooms and one rustic-style single room. Looking for an authentic experience you don't have light. They are in an ecological cabin in the middle of nature.
