The lodge is made up of bamboo eco-bungalows with individual terraces that overlook an interior garden, where there is also the shala yoga and the Ayurveda center. The retreat is located in South Goa, India. An exotic area with beaches surrounded by palm trees and golden sand, where to restore the balance of the body and mind through the ancient Ayurveda technique of Panchakarma. This wellness vacation retreat is characterized by working on an in-depth detox with daily yoga and meditation classes in Spanish for beginners and intermediate levels, and Ayurveda treatments. Ayurveda, in Sanskrit "science of life", is the name of the traditional medicine of India that has more than 5000 years of tradition and whose objective is the unification of body-mind and spirit through food, body therapies and Meditation and yoga work to keep the body young and healthy. Meditation and yoga classes are held in the mornings at the Retreat, followed by the 5-day Panchakarma body treatment for the release of toxins that works on blood flow, restores the digestive system and cleanses it, and finds balance with our thoughts.
