Pear Tree Ashram

As it could not be otherwise, our Asturias Ashram, headquarters of the IFSU Foundation and the Spanish Meditation Society, is located in a meditative and contemplative environment. Whether you want to learn to meditate or deepen your daily practices, we will be delighted to receive you. We are open all year round so you can meditate listening to the sound of the fire next to our fireplace, or enjoy the appreciated coolness that Asturias gets during the summer. During your stay with us you will have the opportunity to have a beautiful experience of meditation and its ability to quiet the mind. You will learn to contemplate the things of life from a more inclusive, more compassionate perspective, in short: you will find simple keys to make your life a better life, and therefore, of your person; a better person.
